The building needed to be materialized into a multipurpose design complex located at the heart of Gulberg on main MM Alam Rd. An area of approximately 110,000 sq. feet had to be covered. Our clients wanted the building to encapsulate a mix of retail and rentable office spaces.

A project of such magnitude requires a lot of detail into the planning process due to high costs and expectations. Bearing this in mind, the team synergized a comprehensive plan that was carefully designed and engineered from day one till the very end of the project. The advantage of which is a detailed action plan clearly denoting relevant HODs, procurement plan, vendors, labor management, and resource deployment.
